How long will it take for my photos to arrive? |
| Orders are typically
printed within 24 hours and shipped upon completion. In some cases,
orders placed before 3pm CST will ship the same day. You should have
your photos within 3-5 days of your order. |

What do I do if I am unsatisfied with my order or my order has not
arrived? |
| First get in
touch with the lab at quicpics@candid.com. Second, let us know at
1-877-688-PICS that there is a problem and we will work to help get
it resolved. |

How can I pay for my order? |
| We accept most
major credit cards; VISA, American Express, Discover and Master Card.
The charge will appear as "Internet Photos" on your statement.
We can also accept a personal check by entering in the MICR number. |

How much are shipping charges? |
All photos will be shipped
with the USPS and the billing rate depends on the amount ordered.

My athlete was not in the group of photos that was posted online? |
| Chances are that
the athlete was not present on the day that the photographs were taken.
Get in touch with us and we will make an effort to arrange
a time to photograph the missing athlete. |

What about my privacy and personal information? |
| We
will not share any of your personal information with any other entity.
